1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and joyph.cam ("joyph", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the joyph online casino platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you discover that you have more than one account, you must notify joyph customer support immediately.

2.4 Information Verification

joyph reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration and thereafter. You may be required to submit additional documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify joyph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. joyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.2 Account Use Restrictions

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account or transfer your account to any other person. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such unauthorized use, transfer, or assignment is void and may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.3 Accurate Information Requirement

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering and at all times thereafter. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or entity. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your joyph account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform, which may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and that you have legal authority to use the payment method. joyph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we believe the funds are from illegal sources or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the Platform.

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. joyph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. 4.3 Verification Requirements

4.4 Fees and Charges

joyph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, and you are responsible for any such fees. 4.5 Responsible Transactions

You agree to use only payment methods for which you are the rightful and legal owner. Using payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, is strictly prohibited. All deposits must be made in your own name and from payment accounts in your own name.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly, and joyph does not and cannot influence game results. We reserve the right to void bets and confiscate winnings resulting from irregular play.

7. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joyph Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using false or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or any mechanical or electronic device to play games
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or bugs in the Platform or games
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Platform

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or joyph staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other player accounts or joyph systems
• Uploading viruses, malware, or any harmful code to the Platform
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action. joyph reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the joyph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of joyph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The joyph name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of joyph or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of joyph. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or Content; (b) collect or use product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make derivative use of the Platform or Content; (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; or (e) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform or Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOYPH AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, "JOYPH PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM;
2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM;
3. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM;
4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
5. SYSTEM FAILURES, TECHNICAL ERRORS, OR MALFUNCTIONS; OR
6. ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF JOYPH PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (₱1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You acknowledge and agree that online gambling involves risk of loss and that joyph cannot guarantee that you will win or that your use of the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the Platform at your own risk and discretion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, joyph's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform ("Dispute"), you agree to first contact joyph customer support to attempt to resolve the Dispute informally. Most Disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through our customer support channels.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the Dispute to mediation before pursuing any other remedy. Either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other party. The parties will mutually select a mediator and share equally in the costs of mediation.

10.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

If mediation does not resolve the Dispute within sixty (60) days of initiation, either party may bring a legal action. You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue in these courts and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10.5 Time Limitation

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting joyph customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Any unclaimed balances may be subject to dormancy fees after ninety (90) days of inactivity, as specified in our fee schedule.

11.2 Termination by joyph

joyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other rules or policies published on the Platform
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to complete verification requirements
• Extended period of account inactivity (typically twelve months or more)
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Technical or security issues

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. joyph will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to joyph. However, if your account is terminated due to fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms, joyph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity provisions, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

joyph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Platform, via email, or through other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

Material changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations will be highlighted with a prominent notice on the Platform and may require your affirmative acceptance before you can continue using the Platform.
